Payment Is Due at the Time of Service
At Harmony Cosmetic Dentistry & Implants, payment for treatment is due at the time services are provided, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For patients with dental insurance, any estimated copayment, deductible, or non-covered portion is due at the time of your visit. We will provide a clear estimate of your expected costs before treatment begins so there are no surprises.

Dental Insurance
We are pleased to work with many dental insurance plans and will gladly file claims on your behalf as a courtesy. Please remember that dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and the coverage and benefits you receive are determined by that plan. You are responsible for any deductible, copayment, or balance not covered by your insurer. We encourage you to bring your insurance information to every visit so we can keep your records up to date.
